In 2009 the Litchfield PBM (peanut butter & milk) Committee is celebrating more than 38 years of an annual exchange of people, good will and peanut butter and milk between the sister cities of Litchfield, Minnesota and Hartford, Alabama.  That's a lot of peanut butter and milk!
